As December nights grow longer, one of London’s most enchanting traditions returns: Christmas at Kew Gardens. From November 14th, 2025, through January 4th, 2026, the iconic Royal Botanic Gardens will be transformed into a sparkling wonderland, drawing families, couples, and friends from across the city and beyond.
What to Expect
Visitors to Kew Gardens during this festive season are treated to a one-of-a-kind illuminated trail, featuring dazzling light installations, glowing artworks, and thousands of twinkling fairy lights. Stroll through the magical Fire Garden, marvel at the towering fairy-lit trees, and enjoy spellbinding projections on the Palm House’s iconic glass exterior.
From warming up with spiced cider or hot chocolate to sampling seasonal snacks along the walk, there’s something for everyone. Santa’s Grotto delights the youngest guests, while live performers and carolers fill the crisp air with the sound of Christmas.
